workshop, including single room and buffet style dinner $1,400.00

workshop only $800.00

workshop including family-style living accomodations, available to students $1,000.00

auditor or family member $500.00   

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required. All payments must be made by a check drawn on a U.S. bank, payable to Winter Harbor Music Festival, Inc.

The deposit will be applied to fees upon acceptance. The balance is due by July 1st. In the event of festival cancellation, there will be a full refund. If a participant needs to cancel, a refund, less deposit, will be given up until June 1st.

Please note our rules:

• Bring your own music stand, metronome, sharpened pencils and scores
• Come with music prepared
• Be punctual for rehearsals and practice sessions
• Drivers alert!!! Speeding tickets are expensive in Maine, up to $300. Observe the 25 mph speed limit in Winter Harbor to the letter! Please do 5mph on the dirt road to Point Alva as there are young children at play.
• We have a zero tolerance policy for drug and under-age alcohol use
• Inform us if you have any food or animal allergy issues
